Fitness, fun, and friendship!

This is a women's only Running Clinic, that is geared toward the beginner/average runner. This Womens' training clinic is different than most......Runner Chicks is all about us girls! We are focused on fitness, fun, and friendship. Enjoy special "girlfriend fieldtrips" like breakfast after our run, a free yoga class to try together and a bootcamp class. Learn some new healthy, but yummy recipes, and of course will will have special discounted shopping nights! At the end of our training program we will have a girlfriend celebration, you will leave this training with new goals accomplished and new friendships made! You don't want to miss out!

Our Programs

We will beginning another 6 week training 5K Run/Walk program soon – No obligation to join, just come and try it out!

We will be meeting each Saturday morning at Road Runner Sports-Tualatin at 9:00 a.m.

You will get a training program to follow, Saturday runs together and all sorts of other “perks” including drawings for great swag and an additional 10% Road Runner Sports discount to Runner Chicks on training days to all V.I.P. members.

Not sure you are ready for a 1/2 marathon–make a 10k your goal! Join the 10k group, that will run with the 1/2 marathon group for the first 6 weeks! You will be ready for a 10k in 6 weeks!

If after the 6 weeks you want to keep going with the half marathon group-YOU CAN!! Just pay the remainder!

Marathon Training Program: Get ready for your next – or first Half marathon with this 12 week program! Whether you have never run a half marathon or are looking to P.R., this all-women training group is for you! We will have pace groups for you ranging from a 9:45 minute per mile runners to 15 minute per mile run/walkers.

Kick-Off to be announced. We will start at RoadRunner Sports – Tualatin at 9:00 a.m.


Here’s what you get: Saturday group long runs – 9:00 a.m. (as runs get longer the start time will move earlier to 8:00 a.m.) from Tigard /Tualatin area and downtown Portland.

Tuesday evening Track workouts – Tigard High @ 6:30 or 7:30 p.m. (depending on season)
