10K Training Session

10k Training Program


Not sure you are ready for a 1/2 marathon–make a 10k your goal! Join the 10k group, that will run with the 1/2 marathon group for the first 6 weeks!

Runner Chick 10k and 1/2 marathon program to start July 29th!

Starting location will vary each week. 

Come dressed to run

You get:

  • Training program to follow
  • Group long runs together on Saturdays
